Vision & Stakeholder Communication (Texas Translation)
Families
This quarter we’re sharpening reading and writing in every class. You’ll see short daily checks for understanding and a quick reteach the next day when needed. Our 9th‑grade team (teachers, counselor, dean, and grade‑level admin) meets on a shared lunch to problem‑solve for students right away. We also run an advisory check‑in to set goals, track progress, and connect students to tutoring or counseling if needed.
We’ll share a brief update every two weeks with what we’re seeing and how we’re supporting students. If your student is flagged for extra support, you’ll receive a simple plan and regular check‑ins.
Questions or ideas? Please reach out—partnership with families is how we make classrooms consistent, joyful, and academically strong.
